Service Description
Outdoors: *** In the summertime, the best time of day for evening photos outdoors is 7pm. In the spring and fall, evening photo sessions are held closer to 5pm. Outdoor photos in the fall are a little later in the morning, and a little earlier in the evening. There is a travel charge for location outdoors, $50 additional charge to cover travel expenses*. Studio session portion is available if needed for an extra cost. We can discuss location. One location. Session comes with 20 edited digital files with print release 2 outfits, session is up to 50 min. Outdoors additional $50*; pricing increases depending on where we go. Beach location is $65 due to further travel. Contact Rachel for full travel price. **** **There are no beach sessions on weekends due to high crowds ( Rachel MAY be available a Sunday morning for this• email her• extra fees apply) **** Other travel costs may apply based on desired location {.69 per mile, etc} ; contact Rachel for full costs.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits\retainers are Nonrefundable. Please contact Rachel for the policy on rescheduling. If children are sick or an emergency comes up, please let us know asap 440-479-1861. What if I'm late? There is nothing Rachel hates more than tardiness! PLEASE be on time for your session! Please make sure you are at the session by your scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will need to be rescheduled for another date. NO EXCEPTIONS! if you do not notify Rachel of your lateness, she has the right to leave for her next appt., and you need to reschedule again online and pay the deposit. retainer { which will be applied to the session balance} Please do NOT come to the studio with a child who is sick or under the weather, it always ends up in less than great photo sessions. RGP allows you to reschedule your session up to 60 days for after the original booking scheduled date, after this time, your sessions retainers will be 100% forfeited.
